Chronic Illness & Disability

Living with chronic illness or disability can affect nearly every part of life, including identity, relationships, work, energy, independence, access, and plans for the future. Many clients are also coping with medical uncertainty, disbelief from others, changing abilities, grief, isolation, or the ongoing effort required to navigate systems that were not designed for them.

Our disability-affirming approach does not treat disability or chronic illness as a personal failure. We help clients process difficult experiences, adjust to change, communicate their needs, navigate relationships, reduce self-blame, and build lives that honor their bodies, values, access needs, and individual goals.

We work with people living with conditions and experiences such as Long COVID, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, multiple sclerosis, migraines, and other visible or non-visible disabilities. A formal diagnosis is not required to deserve support.

Find support that respects your lived experience. Schedule a free consultation to learn whether one of our clinicians may be a good fit.
