New York Clinicians

Dr. Renae Mellerski, PsyD

Renae Mellerski, PsyD, is a New York limited permit psychologist providing neurodiversity-affirming online therapy for adolescents and adults in New York, including NYC. She works with individuals navigating ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, chronic illness (e.g., Long COVID), autistic burnout, and related life stressors.

Dr. Mellerski’s approach is collaborative, flexible, and skills-based, grounded in evidence-informed practices that support motivation, follow-through, and personal growth. She creates a validating and strengths-focused space where clients can explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical strategies for wellbeing.

Jessica Brooks, PhD, is the director of the group practice and is a licensed psychologist practicing in New York, Wisconsin, and Texas, offering neurodiversity and disability affirming therapy to adults.

With a PhD in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and former tenure-track academic experience, Dr. Brooks supports individuals navigating ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, chronic illness, disability, and related life transitions. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches and a collaborative, client-centered style to support motivation, self-understanding, and meaningful growth.

Nataliya Sannikova, MSEd

Katherine (“Kat”) Balthazor, LPC, is a Wisconsin licensed professional counselor providing neurodiversity and disability-affirming therapy to adults and older adolescents in Wisconsin, including Madison and surrounding areas. She works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and identity-related stress, offering supportive, individualized care grounded in respect and validation.

Katherine’s approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and evidence-informed, helping clients build coping strategies, increase self-understanding, and work toward meaningful personal goals. She creates a compassionate therapeutic space where clients can explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools for resilience and growth.

Kathryn Kuehn, APSW, is a pre-licensed therapist and provides online therapy to adolescents (14+) through adults throughout Wisconsin, including the Milwaukee and Madison areas. Kathryn supports individuals navigating challenges such as ADHD, chronic anxiety, OCD, autism, social anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic health concerns or disabilities.

Kathryn’s approach is affirming, collaborative, and client-centered, focused on strengthening relationships, building coping skills, and helping clients work toward meaningful life goals while remaining true to who they are. She is experienced in supporting diverse backgrounds and life experiences, including adjusting to stress, understanding identity, and navigating interpersonal challenges.

Kathryn Kuehn, APSW

Nataliya (“Nat”) Sannikova, MSEd, is a New York–based limited permit mental health counselor providing neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapy to adolescents and adults. Nat works with individuals navigating ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, depression, chronic illness, and identity-related stress, including experiences shaped by marginalization and intersectional identities.

Nat’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based, with an emphasis on helping clients build self-understanding, emotional regulation skills, and sustainable coping strategies. She offers an affirming and inclusive space for LGBTQ+ individuals and those exploring relationship diversity, including consensual non-monogamy. Nat provides telehealth services to clients in New York.

She supports individuals navigating ADHD, autism (ASD), anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, depression, burnout, and related life stressors.

Emma understands how exhausting it can feel trying to make a world that wasn’t built for your brain or body work for you. She creates a validating, nonjudgmental space where clients can be fully themselves, deepen self-understanding, and build practical tools for balance, confidence, and resilience. Her approach integrates mindfulness, acceptance-based strategies, and holistic support tailored to each person’s strengths and goals.
